We are pleased to offer $199 full conference registration to any student, resident, or fellow interested in attending Cape Cod Symposium 2025. Individuals planning to register at the Student/Resident/Fellow rate must submit written confirmation on their learning institution’s letterhead, from a faculty mentor, that they are a current student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded on the Demographic page within the registration portal. Please note that students, residents, and fellows are not eligible to claim CE credit for their conference attendance and that no registration discounts may be combined with this registration type.
Groups registering 5 or more people at the same time will receive a $100 discount per registration. Please note that the group discount cannot be combined with other discounts and is valid for new registrations only.
To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:
1. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but do not make any payments. To pay as a group, have one person register, and then use the "Add Registrant" feature to add the other members.
2. Once everyone in the group has registered, please click here to submit the list of the registrants in your group. Include "Cape Cod Symposium Group Discount" in the subject line.
3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send updated invoices.
Cancellation requests for Cape Cod Symposium must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by August 4, 2025. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty as long as a written request for registration transferal, including the replacement individual's name and contact information, is sent by September 3, 2025.
Cancellations received after August 4, 2025, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of your participation in the event or lack thereof.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to a recognized health threat as defined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or a local government authority or health agency.

Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected and required to abide by this Code.
The health and safety of all visitors to our conferences remains our top priority. We remain current with local and venue health and safety guidelines and will adjust our approach as needed on an event-specific basis to ensure a safe environment for all conference participants.
Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed at the conference, any presentations, on the show floor, or in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling.

Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of Cape Cod Symposium without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the right to any approved audio and/or video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. To request consent to record a presentation, please complete this form.
Cape Cod Symposium plans to take photographs, video and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) at Cape Cod Symposium events and reproduce them for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising and/or commercial materials and communications. By participating in Cape Cod Symposium events, I grant Cape Cod Symposium the right to use my name, image, likeness and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) found in any Media in any materials or communications. Such materials or communications include, but are not limited to, publications, websites, articles, brochures, books, magazines, newsletters, exhibits, videos, films, social media, advertisements, and training programs (collectively, “Materials”).
I understand and agree that HMP Global and Cape Cod Symposium are and shall be the exclusive owner of all right title and interest, including any copyright, in the Media and Materials and that any and all postings are the property of the same. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by Cape Cod Symposium for any purpose. Furthermore, I acknowledge Cape Cod Symposium’s right to crop, splice, treat and edit any Media containing my Likeness and waive my right to be notified, inspect, improve or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.
I hereby grant an irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right to HMP Global, Cape Cod Symposium, and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and/or display any Media containing me or my Likeness in any Material. Subsequently, I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of said Media.
I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless HMP Global, Cape Cod Symposium, and their agents, employees, affiliates and contractors, including, but not limited to, any firm publishing and/or distributing the Media and/or Materials containing my Likeness in whole or in part, form and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of said Media and/or Materials. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or the taking, processing, production, publication, distribution or use of said Media and/or Materials.
Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMP Global, Cape Cod Symposium and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters from any and all claims that I or any third party may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, utilization, adaptation, modification, reproduction, distribution, public performance or display of my Likeness used in the Media and/or Materials.
