EMS World Expo has negotiated discounted hotel rates to make your trip to Indianapolis affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation and Nonrefundable Deposit Policies
When booking your hotel reservation, a valid credit card is required as all reservations have a required nonrefundable deposit of up to 2 nights. Hotels will charge the nonrefundable deposit on July 30, 2025. If you cancel your reservation after this date, the deposit is nonrefundable. Upon check-in, this deposit will be applied to your guest folio upon check-in. 

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Orchid Events is the ONLY official housing provider associated with EMS World Expo. Although other hotel resellers may contact you and offer discounted hotel rates, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with EMS World Expo. Be aware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences for you.
