Evolution Exhibitor Kit - Evolution of Psychotherapy partners with Arata Expositions, Inc. to streamline shipment storage and material delivery to your booth. Arata manages the advance warehouse, on-site booth material delivery, box storage, and box return during move-out.

Booth Information
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will receive an 8’ high blue draped back wall and 3’ high white draped side rail. One (1) 6’x30” blue draped table, two (2) side chairs, one (1) wastebasket and a one-line identification sign indicating the name of the exhibiting company and booth number will also be provided

Furniture Package
Tables and chairs are not included with the standard Evolution booth. For your convenience, the conference offers rental of a booth furniture package, including 6’ blue skirted table, two standard side chairs, and waste basket for $400. If you would like to order the furniture package, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Advance Warehouse Information:
Arata Expositions, Inc. will receive and hold all crated exhibits in storage up to thirty (30) days prior to the show set-up. ANY UNCRATED OR PAD-WRAPPED PIECES, OVERSIZED CRATES, AND/OR FLATBED SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN ADVANCE STORAGE. All shipments consigned to Arata Expositions, Inc. warehouse MUST BE DELIVERED no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025. Any material
received at the warehouse after this date and time will be subject to a late surcharge and may incur additional delivery fees.

Hotel Reservations
Reserving a booth or sponsorship for Evolution of Psychotherapy must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted. Once you have purchased your booth or sponsorship, your confirmation email will include a link to secure your hotel room at discounted room rates. Please note that the hotel will not accept reservations directly.
