Alti Rahman is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at American Oncology Network. He holds a dual Masters degree in Business and Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt .
Alti is proud of his South Asian heritage and has fond memories of his childhood when he lived in the middle east in the small country of Kuwait. His career in healthcare started as a mental health case worker. Those powerful experiences shaped his pursuit of a career in healthcare administration where he felt there was a tremendous gap in medical interventions and pursuit of public health goals.

Prior to joining AON, Alti spent 15 years at Oncology Consultants in Houston, TX a successful community oncology practice, pursuing value based care and continuous operational, cost and quality improvements.

Alti believes that the future of healthcare involves a multidisciplinary and unapologetically collaborative approach keeping the patient at the center of all decisions.
