Jessica Neeb serves as the Senior Director of Transformation & Quality for The US Oncology Network. Jessica’s team partners with Network practices to support success in value-based care programs (EOM, MIPS/MVPs, ACOs, commercial programs etc.).

Jessica is an oncology certified nurse with over 13 years of clinical oncology experience including inpatient and outpatient operations leadership, clinical education, accreditation management, multidisciplinary research, & care delivery transformation. Additionally, Jessica has 5 years of payer experience focused on oncology value-based care programs and innovation through navigation, predictive and actionable analytics, pathways, solution development and implementation, and clinical transformation.

Jessica has a BSN from Indiana University, and an MSN in Executive Leadership from the University of Memphis. Jessica is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society. She resides in the central Indiana area, and in her spare time enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
