Norm is currently the CEO of Patient Discovery where he is responsible for leading the company through all aspects of operations, strategy and growth.

Prior to co-founding Patient Discovery, Norm was part of the founding team and CFO of True Office, the ground-breaking adaptive learning and behavioral analytics compliance solution currently used by millions of employees across the Fortune 1000.

In 2014, True Office was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange. At NYSE, Norm was responsible for leading Sales and Business Development.

Prior to True Office, Norm lead two private equity-backed business: Yankee Group Research and Pharmedica. Jason spent many years at global roles within Unilever, including a CFO role at a Unilever joint venture with a publicly traded Israeli company.

With over two decades of leading teams through periods of high growth, Norm brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience to Patient Discovery.
