Joe Frazier, is a former Lieutenant / paramedic with the City of New Orleans EMS. He is now the Southeastern Regional Manager for myLaurel health. He comes with 18 years of experience as pre-hospital emergency care provider. He has been featured on A&E's hit television series "NightWatch" and was one of the first ground providers in the state of Louisiana to administer blood products in the field. Since then, he has gone on to administer pre-hospital blood numerous times over the last year and has had a profound impact on many lives.
