As the founder of Mississippi Center for Advancement of Prehospital Medicine, he's significantly influenced EMS through strategic leadership and initiatives. With a Master's in Health Administration from Louisiana State University, Mark holds pivotal roles at Med-Trans Corporation and Holmes Community College where he serves as Division Chair of EMS for over 15 years. He has also served at several other large hospital and corporate EMS services helping shape EMS education and practice. Mark serves as a gubernatorial appointment to Mississippi's EMS and Trauma Advisory Councils.
