Ian del Conde M.D., FACC, FSVM, is a cardiologist and vascular medicine specialist at the Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, where he serves as the Associate Director of Cardiology and the Director of Vascular Medicine. He leads several clinical programs within the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, including the Vascular Medicine Program, the Hypertension Clinic, and the Venous Thrombosis program. Dr. del Conde has authored numerous articles and book chapters that have been published in peer-reviewed periodicals, and has been an invited speaker to numerous national and international medical meetings. His clinical research focuses on developing new diagnostic tools and therapies to advance the care of patients with cardiovascular disease. Dr. del Conde completed internal medicine residency training at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He completed fellowship training in cardiology and vascular medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York City. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
