Marcelene Forbus began her career in Radiology in 2000 when she attend a hospital based program in Dallas Texas, graduating in 2002. Upon graduation Marcelene began her fulltime career as a Registered Technologist crosstraining in CT, surgery, mammography, and Interventional Radiology. By 2006 Marcelene pushed forward with her education and training by attending Weber State University to become a Radiology Practitioner Assistant, graduating in 2008. Since 2008 Marcelene has held 2 roles as a midlevel specific to Radiology; both including administrative roles. She is a big advocate for professional recognition, looking for growth opportunities, and utilizing social media to ensure they right information is shared about the advanced level role avalible to technologist, founding Collaboration RA podcast. Currently Marcelene works for a large private practice based in Dallas Texas where so runs the Advanced Practice Provider program as a working Clinical Program Director; leading a growing team of 9 RAs and 4 PAs accorss 17 locations.
