Christopher is an Assistant Professor and the Founding Director of the Cardiac Specialist Program at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, USA. He has held several positions within the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, including serving three terms as Chair of the Cardiac Interventional and Vascular Interventional Chapter. Chris serves on the Cardiovascular Credentialing International Board of Advisors. He is the Co-Chair of the American College of Cardiology's Allied Health Professionals CV Team Section Workgroup and a member of the ACC CV-WELLCORT Research Project. Chris is a Fellow of the Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals.
He has contributed to numerous books and publications, including serving as editor of the soon-to-be-published Clark’s Essential Guide to Angiography Procedures in Cardiology, Neurovascular, and General Vascular Radiology. As an internationally recognized speaker, Chris has addressed audiences in more than 20 countries. His speaking topics include Artificial Intelligence and Occupational Health in the Cath Lab, reflecting his commitment to advancing innovation and safety in the cardiac cath lab. Most recently, he addressed audiences at the International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists' 23rd World Congress in Hong Kong and the 2024 International Conference for Cardiovascular Technologists in Bangalore, India, where he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
