Parag J. Patel MD MS FSIR is a Professor of Radiology and Surgery in the Division of Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a Past-President of the Society of Interventional Radiology (2023-24). He is the Program Director for the Interventional Radiology Residency programs at MCW. Dr. Patel has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international conferences and has authored several book chapters in the field of Interventional Radiology. He serves on the Board of Directors for the VIVA Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing the field of vascular medicine and intervention through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration. He has participated in numerous clinical research projects and national trials. His areas of interest include evaluation and endovascular treatment of peripheral vascular disease, complex aortic disease, venous disease as well as embolization therapies.
