Dr. Randall Hudspeth has been a NP since 1986. He has 20 years of experience in pain management, addiction management, hospice and palliative care. He completed a 2,000 hour pain management and OUD preceptorship and is board certified in pain management. He formerly served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Nurse Practitioners and Nursing Administration Quarterly and has more than 160 peer reviewed publications and he wrote the textbook chapter on pain management in Pharmacotherapeutics for Advanced Practice Nurse Prescribers (Woo & Robinson, 5th & 6th editions). He was the initial national chairman of the AANP Special Interest Group for Pain Management. He represented AANP on the CO*RE REMS development group for Safe Opioid Prescribing for 6 years and has presented nationally on this topic since 2011.
