Dr. Zola N’Dandu studied at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA then earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2001. He further trained at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology with a dedicated extra year focused on Peripheral Vascular Disease in 2009. He was the Section Head of Ochsner Kenner for 12 years where he created a well-respected CLTI program. He recently transitioned to St. Augustine, Florida, continuing his mission to make a meaningful impact in cardiology and peripheral vascular disease with contributions to the advancements in peripheral arterial disease (PAD) research. His commitment lies in PAD, specifically emphasizing critical limb ischemia. In the quest to prevent unnecessary amputations, his career interest, and endeavors focus on enhancing infrapopliteal and inframalleolar interventions, striving to redefine what is considered limited options for patients facing amputations.
