Lacy Jungman is the Vice President of Growth and Development at Heritage Communities. In this role, Lacy works cross-functionally to lead company-wide sales efforts, enhance performance toward revenue goals, and identify opportunities for growth for the overall portfolio. With 18 years of experience in senior living, Lacy specializes in crafting innovative strategies in sales, marketing, and customer experience. She considers herself a student of the world, learning from everyone around her, which helps facilitate trusted collaborations and produce the best possible outcomes. Ever since volunteering at a senior living community as a college student calling BINGO, painting ladies’ nails, and swapping stories with the residents, Lacy’s passion has been making our older adults’ lives better.

In her personal time, Lacy speaks on the topic of work-life balance and is the host of the gloabally-ranked podcast, Working Mom Moments. She is a personal coach for working moms who want to live a more intentional life between career and family, and is the author of two books: The Working Mom Blend, a new approach to work-life balance, and co-author of In A Good Place, a book focused on the adult daughter's journey to senior living.
