Jessi started in the senior living industry while working as a Resident Aide in Assisted Living during college. After graduating, she began working in senior living sales. After seeing the magnitude of impact this role has on the lives of others, she knew this would be her career. She has spent the last 19 years working in senior living - both in direct sales and sales leadership. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Primrose Retirement Communities.

Jessi's sales approach focuses on relationship building and hands-on sales training and support. She prioritizes leadership development and coaching and is committed to continuous professional growth for herself and her team members. She also loves a good leadership book!

Outside of work, Jessi loves spending time with her family, traveling, staying active outdoors, and advocating for disability rights and inclusion.
