He is the founder of New Era Health Associates Corp. which provides consulting services to the Long Term Care industry, including Regulatory Compliance, Survey Prepardness, Education & Training Programs, Recruiting Services, and many other types of services to increase efficiency in operations, as well as the developement of specialty programs within long term care facilities. He has overseen the NJDOH Mandated Directed Plan of Corrections and Mandated Oversight of multiple healthcare facilities in multiple states over the past 20 years, including administrative and clinical requirements and as a Temporary Manager/Receiver. Elliott is a Certified Veteran Caregiver Specialist (CVCS), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Personal Care Home Administrator in Pennsylvania and has been approved as an expert witness in the healthcare industry.
