Carmen is the Chief Revenue Officer at Friendship Village Senior Services and is the Executive Director for Friendship Village Chesterfield. She is passionate about being a part of seniors’ lives and strives to make a difference by delivering operational excellence. She has 25-plus years of experience in healthcare business development, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Health Informatics, and is a Registered Nurse. Her expertise includes sales and marketing, strategic planning, start-up operations and sales team management. Carmen serves on the Board about Directors for Leading Age Missouri, Independence Center and Titan 100 St. Louis. Carmen was named a St. Louis Titan 100 for 2022 and 2023 for being one of the top 100 C-level executives. Her hobbies include spending time at the lake, tennis and running.
