I have worked in senior living for the past 39 years, in many different roles. I am a Dementia Specialist and that has been the focus of much of my career. I have worked in Sales and Marketing, specifically for 15 years, in both the skilled nursing industry as well as assisted living. I am a Licensed Recreational Therapist, and though I have not worked in that field for some time, I continue to keep my licensure. In my current role with The Ridge Senior Living, I am the Sales and Marketing Director. I also do all of the dementia training for staff and the family education and support groups. Senior Living has been my passion my entire adult life.
