Sara Robertson is the CEO (Chief Operating Executive) of The Arbors and Ivy Assisted Living Communities. Sara’s experience and knowledge of the senior living industry spans back over 25 years. Sara started as sales and marketing, moved to executive director, regional director, COO and currently is the CEO of her third-generation family business. Sara brings with her a wealth of business and marketing experience; she oversees and provides strategic leadership and growth opportunities and spends time planning and improving the company’s operating model. Sara also created and opened the company’s homecare agency in 2010 which is now a sister company to the business,

Sara directs the company’s planning and vision, financial operations and works to cultivate the company’s brand. Sara works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies, project industry trends, directs all digital marketing strategies, creates streamlined processes, and maintains a strong culture based on family.

The Company currently consists of The Arbors and The Ivy which serves nine assisted living communities, Integra Home Health Agency and over 700 associates in MA and CT. Sara graduated from University of Massachusetts and currently lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three children.
