Kimberly A. Cox, OK-LBP, OK-LADC, KS-LCAC, AR-LADAC, MBA/HCM is the Director of Clinical Services at Pathways Recovery Centers. In her current role, Cox oversees programming at Country Road Recovery Center near Oklahoma City, Holland Pathways addiction treatment center in Wichita, Sunflower Recovery residential treatment center near Kansas City, and Serenity Park residential treatment center in Little Rock.

Kimberly joined Pathways with more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions across various addiction and mental health treatment programs. Previously, she served as Clinical Director at Country Road Recovery Center, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the center's clinical programs and services.

Before her tenure at Country Road, Kimberly was the Owner/CEO of her own private practice mental health counseling agency. There, she provided treatment services to clients of all ages and circumstances and offered consulting services for existing agency owners, leveraging her extensive clinical and operational expertise.

Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology from Cameron University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Her impressive academic background and professional experience make her a valuable addition to the Pathways Recovery Centers team, where she is committed to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of addiction treatment services.
