Abigail Mize a dual-registered cardiac and vascular sonographer with specialization in peripheral vascular intervention, vascular research, device development, and ultrasound-guided access education and training. Abigail has had the opportunity to train in the cardiovascular cath lab as an interventional sonographer as well as cross train as a procedural scrub technologist. Abigail has taught in several educational courses and conferences pertaining to peripheral arterial disease and critical limb ischemia. Abigail also worked as a research coordinator on multiple IDE trials for a high-volume critical limb ischemia treatment center. Abigail owns AMize Consulting Services LLC which offers vascular ultrasound consulting services for diagnostic techniques, interventional ultrasound and clinical research trials for patients with peripheral arterial disease and critical limb ischemia.
