Scott Elman, MD, FAAD is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology in the Dr. Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine who also serves as the Assistant Director of Inpatient Dermatology Services at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Elman received his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School in 2016, where he stayed to complete his combined residency in internal medicine and dermatology. His clinical and research interests include complex medical dermatology, rheumatologic dermatology and inpatient dermatology. He is an active member of the Medical Dermatology Society, the Rheumatologic Dermatology Society and the Society of Dermatology Hospitalists. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Elman enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
