Zachary Alti is private psychotherapist, consultant, and educator and was most recently featured in the New York Times #1 Best Selling book the Myth of Normal by Gabor Mate.

Zachary has presented at a variety of venues including the Psychotherapy Networker and Brand Networks, and has been featured on NPR, Fox News, the New York Post, Women's Health magazine, Better Days radio, and Now Hear This radio. He continues to write the Mental Hygienist article series for Psychology Today.

As a professor, Zachary taught at Fordham and Rutgers Universities after serving as founding Editor-in-Chief of the 21st Century Social Justice journal.

Zachary's work aims to bridge the research and ethical standards of therapy with the power and efficiency of coaching. His practice offers holistic mental health treatment for couples and individuals struggling with relational issues, compulsions/addictions, and neurodivergence.
