Michael Roeske, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist, researcher, conference speaker, and former chief executive officer. He is currently the Senior Director of the Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) at Newport Healthcare, a multistate psychiatric system for adolescents and young adults. The CRI oversees a sophisticated outcomes monitoring program, coordination of measurement-based care practices, quality assurance and research activities, as well as thought leadership efforts. Dr. Roeske also serves as a Board Member/Ethics Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Association of Addiction Professionals and is on the NAATP Advisory Board for the Project FoRSE Treatment Outcomes Program. He has previously worked and studied in a variety of treatment settings, including adult substance use disorder and adolescent mental health programs, community-based psychological services, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. Additionally, Dr. Roeske has experience as an alcohol and drug counselor, clinical director, adjunct professor, and has been quoted in a variety of online outlets, including CNN, Fox News, Verywell Mind, Men’s Health and Parade.
