Elana Deuble is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a strong background in clinical
training and program management. With a passion for enhancing the skills of mental health
professionals, Elana has a proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive
training programs to ensure high-quality care and improved patient outcomes.
Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Implementation at Community Medical Services, Elana is
responsible for tracking and ensuring the delivery of clinical training programs with fidelity. She
collaborates closely with department heads and executive leadership to identify training needs
and goals, and coordinates with external partners and vendors to bring in specialized training
resources when needed, including Recovery Connect by Bright Therapeutics. Elana's expertise
in developing and overseeing the implementation of training programs for counselors and other
clinical staff members has contributed to the professional growth and competence of numerous
mental health professionals. She has successfully developed and executed comprehensive
onboarding training for newly hired clinic staff, fostering workplace confidence and minimizing
turnover. Additionally, Elana has played a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure
environment by overseeing Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training sessions for all clinic
staff, focusing on nonviolent de-escalation techniques.
With a wealth of experience in the field, Elana has a solid foundation in clinical practice, having
worked as an Outpatient Therapist, providing individual and family therapy with a focus on
trauma-focused treatment. Elana is dedicated to bringing trauma informed care to every aspect
of mental health organizations.
Elana holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She is a licensed LMSW and possesses a range
of certifications, including EMDR, CCTP, ASSIST, CPI instructor, and TF-CBT.
With her strong leadership skills, ability to provide guidance across all ages, and exceptional
public speaking abilities, Elana has been a valued asset in every role she has undertaken. Her
commitment to continuous learning, dedication to improving patient care, and ability to
