Grace Marley, PharmD is an assistant professor at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Division of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy positioned at the Southeastern Area Health Education Center (SEAHEC) in Wilmington, NC. She completed her PharmD at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. While in school she researched patient access to buprenorphine, insurance coverage of naloxone, patient and caregiver preferred communication regarding naloxone, and pharmacist willingness to sell fentanyl test strips. During her time as a postdoctoral research associate, she researched naloxone access throughout North Carolina. As a research assistant professor she is researching patient access to medications for opioid use disorder, and identifying opportunities to increase access to HIV PEP. Her research interests include patient access, rural practice, substance use disorder, patient-provider communication, and vaccine hesitancy.
