Elizabeth has been with the Department of Specialty Courts since 2007. As the operations manager, Elizabeth oversees statewide operations and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and the specialty court mission. Elizabeth plays a pivotal role in the implementation of Mental Health Courts, providing supervision to the operations supervisors and behavioral health liaisons. Additionally, she works with leadership on advancing the department's strategic plan and building program capacity. Elizabeth is a board member of Operation UNITE and the Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (KY-ASAP). Elizabeth received a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology with a minor in criminology from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science in criminal justice from Eastern Kentucky University.
