Sam Eades grew up in Superior, Wisconsin and currently resides in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. He pursued higher education at Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following this, Sam obtained a Master of Science in Human Services from Purdue University. He is currently working towards a Doctor of Human Services degree from Capella University.

Sam began his professional journey with Essentia Health in 2019 as a Behavioral Health Technician. In 2022, he transitioned to the role of a Community Health Worker. Recently, Sam was promoted to Community Health Supervisor, overseeing a dedicated team of Community Health Workers. Their team operates across Essentia Health Clinics in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota, striving to positively impact the community.
