Melanie Gibboney is the Senior Community Outreach Coordinator at Hamilton County Public Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Dayton and a Master of Public Health from DePaul University. Prior to joining the Harm Reduction Division at HCPH, she worked as a Program Analyst in overdose prevention at The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). Melanie is currently leading and facilitating the OFR monthly meetings, overseeing Recovery Friendly Hamilton County and managing several state and federal grants and contracts.
