Joshua Jacoves, EMT, is the CPACC (Colorado Prehospital Addiction Care Consortium) Program Director for The Naloxone Project, where he works to expand First Response agencies' capabilities in prehospital addiction care and harm reduction through naloxone distribution programs and buprenorphine field-induction training. Previously, he worked for 10 years as an EMT in New Jersey.
