Ellis Johnson (they/them) is a strategic communications and marketing professional with over eight years’ experience in public sector communications, marketing, and community engagement on behalf of public health and related government agencies. They currently lead communications for Public Health – Seattle & King County’s Overdose Prevention & Response Team, and have previously held marketing and communications roles with the Seattle Public Library and King County Metro Transit. Ellis excels in creative campaigns and content that meet audiences where they are and is the winner of the 2023 Best Instagram Presence from the Government Social Media Professional Association.
