Zachary Manley holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law (2021) and a BA in Communications, Cum Laude, from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi (2001). He is an Assistant District Attorney at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, where he has served in various roles since 2019, including Director of Alternative Courts and Crimes Against Children. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and has experience in law, mental health, and operations management.
