Advancing rural North Carolina communities through innovative approaches to capacity building that center community voice is at the heart of Sabrina's work. As a dynamic facilitator and social work practitioner, she weaves together community wisdom with evidence-based approaches to create lasting, meaningful change. With an emphasis on strategic partnership and empowerment, Sabrina works with organizations, coalitions, and leaders in rural North Carolina to develop their skillsets, programs, and projects and to reach their community development goals. Her approach combines process knowledge, leadership development, and content expertise with a deep commitment to community-led change. She works across contexts to create spaces where diverse voices are heard and valued, leading to more equitable and sustainable outcomes.

Sabrina's journey spans critical areas of social impact, from crisis intervention to criminal justice reform. Her social work training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill influences her to prioritize equity, access, and self-determination in all parts of her work. Today, she channels this experience into building stronger, more resilient communities across North Carolina.
