Anjana Rao, MHS, is a Program Analyst on the Harm Reduction team at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) located in Washington DC. In this role, she has worked on numerous project related to harm reduction monitoring and evaluation, presenting the team's work at a variety of small and large meetings. Anjana is interested in bridging the gaps between public health topics under the behavioral health umbrella from mental health and maternal and child health to harm reduction and health equity. Previously Anjana worked at both the local health department and the state health department level as an epidemiologist and a health policy analyst, respectively.
