Mr. Reiser has over thirty years of experience in criminal justice and community corrections. He oversaw the Pretrial Services Program in Montana’s Fourth Judicial District for over twenty years and more recently established and developed Calibrate, the first formalized Pretrial Diversion Program for criminal defendants in the State of Montana. Mr. Reiser has testified before the Montana Legislature regarding new legislation involving bail issues and has been a regular guest lecturer at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana. In addition to his career in criminal justice, Mr. Reiser is passionate about the fidelity of elections and has served as an election judge in Missoula County, Montana since 2009.
