Carol is a founding partner and the CEO of Russell Herder and was named one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Top Women in Business. In addition to executive leadership, she guides the firm’s brand planning/research practice and has dedicated her career to developing and guiding strategic initiatives for government, and corporate entities across the United States. Carol’s insights and leadership have driven complex work for such high-profile organizations as the National Association of Social Workers, Minnesota Department of Human Services, Association of American Medical Colleges, Agricultural Utilization Research Institute, Minnesota Department of Health and more. She holds a master’s in communications management and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Executive Program, Carlson School of Management.
