Katie Rolnick is a behavioral health and health services researcher with over 20 years of experience in the direction of large federal behavioral health-related reasearch intiatives. For the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) she currently serves as the project director for the Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN) leading a large team of research professionals and medical record abstractors in all network implementation activities. Katie's areas of expertise include business development, project management, behavioral health, health care provider engagement, IRB, proposal development, and strategic planning. She is a recognized leader working with both large and small teams with the collective goal of producing results and is dedicated to mentorship and the development of her team members.
