Kristin Agar, LCSW, CEDS, CIP, CAI, F.idaep, is a clinical interventionist, psychotherapist and consultant and with a master's degree in Clinical Social Work. She has 40+ years clinical experience both in hospital/clinic settings as well as in private practice. In private practice since 1992, Kristin provides psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families with mental illness, alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, as well as illness, grief, and loss. Her intervention services include consultation, intervention, transports, and continuing care. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Association of Interventionist Specialists (AIS), International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), a Certified LOVE FIRST Interventionist, a Certified ARISE Interventionist, a founding member of Eating Disorder Coalition of Arkansas, and a member at large on the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board.
