Trish Caldwell MFT, LPC, CCDP-D, CAADC, CCTP is an experienced national Sr. Vice President of Clinical Operations for Promises Behavioral Health. Trish has been in the behavioral health field for over 27 years as well as an adjunct professor for the last 17 years and is currently teaching in Drexel University’s Master’s in Family Therapy’s program (MFT). She is committed to providing clinical and operational excellence through program development that support measured based care and outcomes. Trish focuses on clinical quality using evidenced based practices that align to a trauma informed approach to treatment. She is trained in DBT and has specialized in facilitating multifamily DBT groups for teens with ADHD, trauma and substance use disorders. Trish created the first Young Offenders Treatment Program in Delaware County, serving first time offenders with Drug charges. A regular speaker at both national and regional conferences, Trish specializes in Adolescent behaviors; Behavioral health, ADHD; Trauma informed care, Family Systems, and First responders. Trish is a licensed clinician, marriage and family therapist and holds her MFT from Drexel University. She is certified in both co-occurring disorders and substance use, is a certified clinical trauma professional and holds a private practice specializing in adolescents and young adults.
