Michael Roeske, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, executive leadership, and research. He currently serves as the Senior Director of the Center for Research and Innovation at Newport Healthcare, a multistate behavioral health organization specializing in adolescent and young adult care. In this role, Dr. Roeske has spearheaded the development of a sophisticated outcomes monitoring program, integrated measurement-based care practices, and established pathways to advance behavioral health research. Previously, he held leadership roles as Executive Director and CEO in premier treatment settings, overseeing innovative programming for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Dr. Roeske has extensive experience as a clinician and educator, having served as a clinical director, adjunct professor, and therapist across various settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community-based services, and residential treatment centers. Dr. Roeske’s contributions extend to professional organizations as a Board Member and Ethics Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Association of Addiction Professionals and an Advisory Board Member for the NAATP FoRSE Treatment Outcomes Program. His expertise has also been featured in leading online outlets such as CNN, Verywell Mind, Men’s Health, and Huffington Post.
