Tom Buckley

Tom Buckley, CADC III, is the Executive Director of Aspire Counseling Service, Vice President of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) San Luis Obispo County, and Vice Chair of the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) Education Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Nowell Family Foundation (Bradley's House) and is the owner-operator of From War To Peace (FromWarToPeace.com).

Tom holds a degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and is a certified addiction counselor III through CCAPP. With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and social services sectors, Tom has worked across diverse settings, including nonprofit organizations, public institutions such as Skid Row in Los Angeles and LA County Jail, as well as for-profit mental health and addiction treatment centers in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Luis Obispo, California.

Over the past decade, Tom has established a proven track record in brand development, program development, operations, community engagement, and business development. He is a seasoned executive known for his commitment to positive transformation, meeting individuals where they are, and the power of building rapport and relationships. Tom is dedicated to addressing community needs through innovative and compassionate approaches to mental health and addiction treatment.
