Cancellation requests for Great Debates Solid Tumors must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by February 22, 2025. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty, as long as a written request for registration transfer, including the replacement individual's name and contact information, is sent by March 21, 2025.
Cancellations received after February 22, 2025, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, whether or not you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered if the program is suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to a recognized health threat as defined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or a local government authority or health agency.

Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed at the conference, any presentations, on the show floor, or in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling. Because of limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the programs, children under the age of 18 are not invited to attend presentations.

Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of Lymphoma, Leukemia & Myeloma Congress without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations at all HMP Global events.
Great Debates Solid Tumors plans to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) at the event and reproduce them for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising, and/or commercial materials and communications. By participating in Great Debates Solid Tumors, I grant the Symposium the right to use my name, image, likeness and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) found in any Media in any materials or communications. Such materials or communications include but are not limited to publications, websites, articles, brochures, books, magazines, newsletters, exhibits, videos, films, social media, advertisements, and training programs (collectively, “Materials”).
I understand and agree that HMP Global and Great Debates are and shall be the exclusive owner of all right title and interest, including any copyright, in the Media and Materials and that any and all postings are the property of the same. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by Great Debates for any purpose. Furthermore, I acknowledge Great Debates's right to crop, splice, treat, and edit any Media containing my Likeness and waive my right to be notified, inspect, improve, or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.
I hereby grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to HMP Global, Great Debates, and their industry partners, sponsors, and supporters to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and/or display any Media containing me or my Likeness in any Material. Subsequently, I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of said Media.
I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless HMP Global, Great Debates, and their agents, employees, affiliates, and contractors, including but not limited to any firm publishing and/or distributing the Media and/or Materials containing my Likeness in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of said Media and/or Materials. This includes but is not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or the taking, processing, production, publication, distribution, or use of said Media and/or Materials.
Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMP Global, Great Debates, and their industry partners, sponsors, and supporters from any and all claims that I or any third party may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, utilization, adaptation, modification, reproduction, distribution, public performance or display of my Likeness used in the Media and/or Materials.
