Is my booth furnished?
Yes, included with your booth are one 6' draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, ID sign, company listing in the Conference Guide app and on the online floor plan. Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
How can I order badges?
Use the exhibitor portal to access your account, where you can add the names of your booth staff. Exhibitor badge registration will open in September.
How can I order electric?
Electrical order form will be available 90 days before the start of the conference.
How do I order lead retrieval?
Lead retrieval order form will be available 90 days before the start of the conference.

Will there be WiFi?
There is no WiFi in the Exhibit Hall.
As an exhibitor, can I attend conference sessions outside the Exhibit Hall?
Exhibitors can attend regular sessions with their exhibitor badge but will not be able to receive credit for these sessions. To be able to receive credits, you will need to register as an Attendee using the Industry Professional registration type.
The conference does not sell its attendee/exhibitor email lists. If you receive an email or phone call from someone with an offer to sell attendee/exhibitor lists, it is a scam. If you receive this type of email, please forward to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com.
HMP Omnimedia is the Official Housing Provider. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider other than HMP Omnimedia is not approved by conference management. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please report any unauthorized solicitation to Kim McLaughlin at kmclaughlin@hmpglobal.com. We do our best to keep an eye on these offenders. We send them cease-and-desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Please note that rooms booked through any unapproved source are at your own risk.
