The negotiated conference rate is $209 single/double occupancy, plus tax for attendees and $209 single/double occupancy, plus tax for exhibitors. A Resort Services Package fee of $45/day plus tax will be applied to your stay.
The discounted rate is valid but subject to availability, three days prior and three days post the meeting.
Reservations received after November 10, 2025, or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.
