We are excited you are joining us for the Rocky Mountain Symposium as an exhibitor/sponsor. Please see below for some quick references for preparing for the conference. 

NOT YET SIGNED UP AS AN EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR
The below information is for companies who have already secured their exhibit or sponsorship for 2024. If you have not, please download our prospectus and contact us for remaining options. 

REGISTERING YOUR STAFF
Exhibitors are entitled to two (2) full conference passes per booth purchase unless otherwise noted. Badges must be worn at all times to access the sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Additional conference passes are available at $499 each. Badges are not transferable or sharable; exhibitors who do so may be denied participation. Please click here to access the registration portal. Select your company from the dropdown and input your password. The password will be the last name of your company's primary exhibit contact (first letter capitalized). The deadline to register is August 2, 2024.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
New in 2024, we are introducing Arata Exhibition Services to optimize shipment storage and material delivery to your booth. Arata manages the advance warehouse, onsite booth material delivery, storage of boxes, and box delivery during move-out. We encourage you to ship directly through Arata to eliminate additional resort costs.

Friday, August 16          7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday, August 17     7:30am - 3:30pm

Move-Out
Saturday, August 17     3:30pm - 6:00pm
