Join us for our annual golf tournament in Scottsdale on Monday, December 8, where you’ll have a unique opportunity to network with industry leaders, including financiers, investors, and executives in the behavioral health sector.

THE COURSE

Ambiente Course at the JW Marriott Camelback Golf Club

The creation of Camelback Golf Club Ambiente—by renowned golf course architect Jason Straka in collaboration with Hurdzan/Fry Environmental Golf Design—was a significant investment of time and resources. This distinctive course features rolling fairways with dramatic elevation changes, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience. With five sets of tees, the course stretches from 5,538 yards to 7,225 yards. One of the standout elements of the Ambiente course is its expansive, uniquely shaped, undulating greens, adding to its appeal and challenge.

Participation Fees

  • Registration Fee: $227.39
  • Club Rental: $75.00 per set
    TaylorMade clubs are available to rent and include 2 sleeves of balls. Rented clubs will be preset on carts.
  • Shoe Rental: $18.00

You may select the option to rent clubs or shoes during the conference registration process.

Additional Information

Qualified Participants

The tournament is limited to 48 golfers, with priority placed on healthcare/treatment center providers and financial professional attendees.

TCIV West reserves the right to approve or deny the participation of any conference attendee at any time, and all conference fees must be paid to participate. Golfers must be registered to attend TCIV West.

TCIV West sponsors who are interested in participating should contact their sales representative. Non-golf sponsors will be added to a waitlist and be notified if a spot becomes available.

Tee Times and Foursomes

8:30 AM shotgun start on Monday, December 8. Prior to the tournament, we will contact you with your anticipated tee time, but the time is not guaranteed. Please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance (8:10 AM).

To promote networking, the conference will assign foursomes. We encourage you to bring your business cards. Please note that we cannot accommodate individual pairing requests. 

Awards

On Monday, December 8, during the opening plenary, tournament winners will be announced. Winners can pick up their prizes at conference registration at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess (the conference venue) with a valid government-issued ID. Awards will be given for:

  • Longest Putt ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Longest Drive in Fairway ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Shortest Drive ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Closest to Pin ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • The two Lowest Scoring Foursomes ($25 AMEX gift card per player)

Awards must be claimed during the conference. TCIV West reserves the right to adjust prizes at any time.

Attire & Course Rules

All players shall abide by the JW Marriott Camelback Golf Course dress code:

  • Playing golf in bare feet, sandals, and open-toed or elevated heel-type shoes is not permitted.
  • Golfers must wear collared shirts at all times with golf pants or Bermuda-style shorts.
  • Blue jeans, short-shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts, halter, and bikini tops are not permitted.

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the course. The course does not permit food and beverages not purchased at the course.

Transportation

TCIV West will provide transportation to/from the course from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, the conference venue. If you’d like to use your own form of transportation, please note that the course is about a 30-minute drive from the Fairmont Scottsdale. Princess. 

Inclement Weather/Cancellation

Should the course cancel the play, Club rental and shoe rental fees will be refunded, and registrants will be notified of where to pick up their complimentary golf swag.

Communications

Look for communications from the Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat West in October with your tee time and more details on the golf tournament if you signed up to participate. You will receive messages from conference representatives with an @hmpglobal.com e-mail address.
