TCIV East 2025 Golf Tournament

THE COURSE

The Palmer Course at PGA National

Named after its legendary designer, Arnold Palmer, this championship golf course is one of the more forgiving at PGA National Resort. It’s also one of the most entertaining courses for players of all skill levels.

QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS

The tournament is limited to 60 golfers, with priority placed on healthcare/treatment center providers and financial professional attendees.

TCIV East reserves the right to approve or deny the participation of any conference attendee at any time. All conference fees must be paid to participate. Golfers must be registered to attend TCIV East.

TCIV East sponsors who are interested in participating should contact their sales representative. Sponsors of opportunities other than the golf tournament will be added to a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.

TEE TIMES AND FOURSOMES

Prior to the tournament, we will contact you with your anticipated tee time; this tee time is not guaranteed. Please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance (8:10 AM).

To promote networking, the conference will assign foursomes. We encourage you to bring your business cards. Please note that we cannot accommodate individual pairing requests. 

AWARDS

On Monday, March 31, during the opening plenary tournament, winners will be announced. Winners can pick up their prizes at conference registration at the PGA National Resort (the conference venue) with a valid government-issued ID. Awards will be given for:

  • Longest putt ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Longest drive in fairway ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Shortest drive ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • Closest to pin ($100 AMEX gift card)
  • The two lowest-scoring foursomes ($25 AMEX gift card per player)

Awards must be claimed during the conference. TCIV East reserves the right to adjust prizes at any time.

FEES

Participation is $299.00

TaylorMade clubs are available for rental for $85.00 per set.

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the course. The course does not permit food and beverages purchased elsewhere.

ATTIRE

All players shall abide by the PGA National Resort Golf Course dress code:

  • Playing golf in bare feet, sandals, and open-toed or elevated-heel shoes is not permitted.
  • Golfers must wear collared shirts at all times with golf pants or Bermuda-style shorts.
  • Blue jeans, short-shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, T-shirts, gym shorts, halters, and bikini tops are not permitted.

INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION

Should the course cancel the play, Club rental fees and shoe rentals will be refunded. Registrants will be notified of where they can pick up their complimentary golf swag at the conference.

COMMUNICATIONS

If you sign up to participate, look for communications from the Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat East in March with your tee time and more details on the golf tournament. You will receive messages from conference representatives with an @hmpglobal.com email address.
