We are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees of our event. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established a set of policies that guide our cancellation process, rolling invitations, and overall event participation. These policies are designed to accommodate unforeseen changes while also maintaining the integrity of our event planning. We encourage you to review our cancellation policy and related guidelines to understand your options and responsibilities as a valued attendee. Your cooperation helps us deliver a successful event, and we thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation

    • Cancellation Policy

      Drug Channels Leadership Forum is an invitation only event and offers are non-transferable. Due to the nature of our rolling invitation process, you must complete the steps to confirm your attendance by the date stated in your invitation. If you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately so that we may extend the opportunity to another attendee.

      Cancellation requests for Drug Channels Leadership Forum must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by Friday, January 17, 2025. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $250.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).

      Cancellations received after Friday, January 17, 2025, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of your participation in the event or lack thereof.

      Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related a recognized health threat as defined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or a local government authority or health agency.

      There are no exceptions to these policies. Payments may not be applied toward tuition for future conferences, nor any other meetings or products offered by HMP Global.

    • Code of Conduct

      HMP Global is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, safe, and respectful space during our in-person and online events, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, disability, and/or other personal characteristics. Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants.

      Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected and required to abide by this Code.

    • Health & Safety

      The health and safety of all visitors to our conferences remains our top priority. We remain current with local and venue health and safety guidelines and will adjust our approach as needed on an event-specific basis to ensure a safe environment for all conference participants.

    • Children

      Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed at the conference, any presentations, on the show floor, or in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling.

    • Special Meals

      It is our pleasure to arrange special meals for attendees. We reserve the right to charge for all special requests. Requests must be made at least seven (7)  days prior to the event to be accommodated. For more information, please click here to contact us.

    • Special Needs

      Drug Channels Leadership Forum  is committed to making its activities accessible to all individuals. If you have a physical or mental disability as defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and require an accommodation, please complete this form.

    • Sessions

      Sessions are subject to change. Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of Drug Channels Leadership Forum  without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the right to any approved audio and/or video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. To request consent to record a presentation, please complete this form.

Policies

    • Liability, Copyright, Acceptance, and Disclaimer

      Drug Channels Leadership Forum plans to take photographs, video and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) at Drug Channels Leadership Forum events and reproduce them for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising and/or commercial materials and communications. By participating in Drug Channels Leadership Forum events, I grant Drug Channels Leadership Forum the right to use my name, image, likeness and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) found in any Media in any materials or communications. Such materials or communications include, but are not limited to, publications, websites, articles, brochures, books, magazines, newsletters, exhibits, videos, films, social media, advertisements, and training programs (collectively, “Materials”).

      I uerstand and agree that HMP Global and Drug Channels Leadership Forum are and shall be the exclusive owner of all right title and interest, including any copyright, in the Media and Materials and that any and all postings are the property of the same. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by Drug Channels Leadership Forum for any purpose. Furthermore, I acknowledge Drug Channels Leadership Forum’s right to crop, splice, treat and edit any Media containing my Likeness and waive my right to be notified, inspect, improve or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.

      I hereby grant an irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right to HMP Global, Drug Channels Leadership Forum, and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and/or display any Media containing me or my Likeness in any Material. Subsequently, I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of said Media.

      I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless HMP Global, Drug Channels Leadership Forum, and their agents, employees, affiliates and contractors, including, but not limited to, any firm publishing and/or distributing the Media and/or Materials containing my Likeness in whole or in part, form and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of said Media and/or Materials. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or the taking, processing, production, publication, distribution or use of said Media and/or Materials.

      Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMP Global, Drug Channels Leadership Forum and their industry partners, sponsors and supporters from any and all claims that I or any third party may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, utilization, adaptation, modification, reproduction, distribution, public performance or display of my Likeness used in the Media and/or Materials.

Code-of-Conduct

    • Overview

      All Attendees at HMP Global events are expected to show respect for and honor the dignity of all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, and/or other personal characteristics.  HMP Global encourages members and attendees to identify and report to the proper authorities any person(s) who engages in inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing activities.  Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately.

    • Expected Behavior

      HMP Global expects all Attendees to be considerate, respectful, and collaborative and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.  Attendees should be mindful of their surroundings and fellow attendees. Please alert event organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.

    • Unacceptable Behavior

      Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to, intimidation, harassment, or the display of materials or conduct of an abusive, harassing, derogatory, or demeaning nature.

      Harassment includes but is not limited to: offensive comments (verbal, written, or otherwise) related to race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion and/or other personal characteristics; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwanted following and/or contact; harassing materials, photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

    • Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

      Violations of the HMP Global Events Code of Conduct are determined by HMP Global in its sole discretion and any violation of these rules may be subject to verbal or written warning, expulsion from the event without the obligation to refund any fees, expulsion from future events, possible referral to the appropriate authorities, and other consequences at the discretion of HMP Global, including permanent expulsion from the HMP Global community.
