A limited number of rooms are available at the hotel. Be sure to book within our block to make the most of your hotel experience. One night’s room plus tax is required to hold your reservation and is nonrefundable for any reason. Additional guest charges may apply for more than two occupants per room—check when making your reservations.

Important Note About Scammers

HMP is the Official Housing Provider for ECSAD. Solicitation of hotel reservations by any housing provider other than HMP is not approved by ECSAD. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please report any unauthorized solicitation to HMP at 800.237.7285 x4218 or email kmclaughlin@hmpglobal.com.

Scammers may call or email ECSAD attendees, faculty, and exhibitors claiming to represent ECSAD or ECSAD vendors and encourage participants to book rooms, using fake promotion companies with names like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services.” They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like ECSAD or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. ECSAD, HMP, and our host hotels will never call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendees' or exhibitors' personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through an unapproved source are at your own risk.
